The Panasonic CF-W7 ultra portable laptop is ruggedly built with shock proof and drop resistance capabilities. It is designed to handle the harsh outdoor environment. It has a no. of features suited for business use.


The Panasonic Toughbook CF-W7 lightweight laptop weighs just 3.1lbs and has outer dimensions of 12.2in x 2.2in x 9.6in. It is run by Intel Core 2 Duo 1.06GHz L7500 processor and has main memory of 1GB DDR2 533 RAM, with hard disk capacity of 80 GB, sufficient for most every day use.


The ultra portable laptop has 12.1in diagonal LCD display with a pixel resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The integrated graphics processor is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) X3100 which is somewhat slow for modern games. The keyboard has spill through capability.


For long term storage, there is an internal optical DVD RW drive. Some of the other features of this ultra portable laptop are Bluetooth, Ethernet, 56Kbps modem, 802.11 a/b/g Wi-fi card for networking along with 3 USB 2.0 ports and a SD card reader for data transfer. The laptop has headphone/microphone jacks for audio purposes. A Lithium battery with 5800mAH capacity powers the laptop with Windows XP Business Edition being the OS. A 3 year offsite warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
